Order

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy at stock-ties.nl, simply log in with your account and following the steps below. Don't have an account yet? First request this via DEALER ACCOUNT REQUEST.

Your application will first be assessed by us before you are granted access. This is usually the same, or the next, working day. You will receive an email with your login details.

1. Place your article(s) in the shopping bag.

2. Once you have finished shopping, check the order and choose the country of shipment.

3. Go to ‘Complete order’.

4. Check your company details and choose an alternative delivery address if necessary

5. Please enter your own reference and/or comments and accept the General Terms and Conditions

6. When all your information is correct, click on ‘Finalize Order’.

By clicking on ‘Finalize Order’ you will enter into a payment obligation and you will automatically receive the invoice within 7 days in your mailbox.
All prices are excluding VAT.



Dispatch & delivery

When can I expect my delivery?

If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, and have placed your order on a week day (Monday-Friday) before 15.00 hours, and you payment was received, your order will be sent the same day. Orders that are placed and paid in the weekend, are sent out on the Monday. 

Stock-Ties has orders delivered by DPD & PostNL.

You will always receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received your payment and when your order is dispatched. This last e-mail will also give the DPD tracking number, enabling you to check when your order will be delivered.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over €250. This applies to all orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

For orders from Austria you pay € 12.50 and from Switzerland € 25 - regardless of the order amount.

If you order is below € 250, you pay € 7.50 in shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany you pay € 9.50 in shipping costs. For Austria this is € 12.50 and for Switzerland € 25



Returns

How can I return a product?

Stock-Ties applies a trial period of 30 days for all orders, starting the day after delivery. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased article, you can return it to us.

Follow the instructions below to ensure your returned package is processed as quickly as possible:

1. Report your return via info@stock-ties.com. You will receive a return number from us.

2. Enclose a copy of the original shipping form with the shipment.

3. Please return the articles in their original packaging, in a protective box or envelope, for instance the original packaging you received the articles in. 

4. Postage is payable by you. If you did not place enough stamps on the package or send the package cash on delivery, the package will not be accepted and the returned goods not credited.

Reimbursement will take place within 7 working days of delivery of your returns.

Payment

You can only make purchases 'on account'. You will receive an order confirmation after you have placed your order and your invoice within 7 days by email.
We apply a payment term of 30 days.


Complaints

We have processed your order with the utmost care. However, it is possible that you are not happy about an article. Contact us as soon as possible.
